Don and Vickie Tolin, Owners
Don and Vickie Tolin are the founders and owners of A+ Bookkeeping Services & Consulting LLC. Together they have over 100 years of bookkeeping experience working for both For-Profit businesses and Non-Profit organizations. They have lived their lives helping other people. Although Don and Vickie Tolin make their home in beautiful Casper, Wyoming USA, they work remotely to serve businesses and organizations throughout the State of Wyoming and across the USA through A+ Bookkeeping Services & Consulting LLC. Don and Vickie have been together for more than 50 years. They are the proud parents of 4 children and grandparents of 8 grandchildren, 5 grand-dogs, and 3 grand-cats.
Vickie Tolin
Vickie is the Majority Owner, President and Treasurer of A+ Bookkeeping Services & Consulting LLC. Vickie attended the University of Wyoming, Laramie, Wyoming, in Business Education. When Vickie was a youth, she began helping her paternal grandmother do bookkeeping by hand for her grandfather's construction businesses in Pinedale, Wyoming. Vickie worked with the official student permanent records at the Registrar's Office at the University of Wyoming. For some 20 years, Vickie worked for an industrial fabrication facility and supply company with multiple locations as the office manager. She was in charge of payroll for as many as 50 employees, accounts payable, invoicing, accounts receivable, and collections. For over 43 years, Vickie was a legal assistant and office manager in a very busy law practice. Vickie is very experienced with office technologies. She is very proficient using Excel, Adobe, WordPerfect, Word, Microsoft Office 365, and many more office and business applications. Vickie was involved with youth wrestling for 36 years, and was a national P1E pairing official, where she ran local, state, regional, national, and international wrestling tournaments. Vickie was born in Jackson, Wyoming, and raised in Pinedale, Wyoming. Vickie is a sixth generation native Wyomingite. During some of her youth, she spent time on her maternal grandparent's ranches in Boulder, Wyoming and Deeth, Nevada.

Don Tolin, CPA (retired)
Don is a 1975 graduate of the University of Wyoming College of Commerce and Industry, Laramie, Wyoming, with a Bachelor of Science Degree with honors in Accounting. Don also holds a Juris Doctor Degree from 1978 awarded by the University of Wyoming College of Law. He received an Associate of Arts Degree in Social Sciences in 1973 from Casper College, Casper, Wyoming. When Don was a youth, he began helping his father do bookkeeping by hand for his father's scrap iron and metals business in Casper, Wyoming. Don earned his Wyoming Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in August 1975 and retired his CPA license at the end of 2022. He also earned his law license in September 1978 and retired it at the end of 2021 when he closed his solo law practice with over 43 years in business. Don was involved with youth wrestling for 36 years, as a certified high school referee, a Copper, Bronze, and Teal certified coach, a national M1 mat official, an international wrestling referee, and a P3 pairing official. Don refereed throughout the United States and the world. Don traveled with our United States National/Olympic level senior teams. Don has refereed in the countries of Armenia, China, Cuba, Poland, and Russia. Don has mentored many wrestlers and wrestling referees. Don, born in Casper, Wyoming, is a first generation native Wyomingite.
