Don Tolin and Vickie Tolin, founders and owners of A+ Bookkeeping Services & Consulting LLC™, bring decades of bookkeeping and business experience to A+. They have worked with both for-profit businesses and nonprofit organizations.
Vickie Tolin.
Vickie Tolin, the Majority Owner and President of A+ Bookkeeping Services & Consulting LLC™, studied business education at the University of Wyoming in Laramie, Wyoming.
Her journey in bookkeeping began as a youth when she assisted her paternal grandmother with manual bookkeeping for her grandfather's construction businesses in Pinedale, Wyoming.
Vickie also worked in the Registrar's Office at the University of Wyoming, where she filed and retrieved official permanent student records.
For around 20 years, she served as office manager for an industrial fabrication and supply company with multiple locations, where she managed payroll for up to 50 employees, accounts payable, invoicing, accounts receivable, and collections.
In addition to her role at A+ Bookkeeping Services, Vickie Tolin brings over 43 years of experience as a legal assistant and office manager in a busy law practice.
Vickie Tolin is experienced with a wide range of office and business technologies, including QuickBooks, Excel, Adobe, WordPerfect, Word, Microsoft 365, and other business applications. Her experience also includes managing banking relationships and performing account reconciliations—practical skills she brings to her work at A+ Bookkeeping Services & Consulting LLC™.
Don Tolin, JD, CPA, Retired.
Don Tolin graduated with honors from the University of Wyoming College of Commerce and Industry in Laramie, Wyoming, in 1975 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. He earned his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 1978. Don previously earned an Associate of Arts Degree in Social Sciences from Casper College in Casper, Wyoming, in 1973, after graduating with honors from Kelly Walsh High School in 1971.
Don's bookkeeping experience began in his youth when he assisted his father with the bookkeeping for his scrap iron and metals business in Casper, Wyoming. He earned his Wyoming Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in August 1975 and retired from CPA services effective December 31, 2022. Don was also admitted to practice law in Wyoming in September 1978 and retired from his solo law practice on December 31, 2021, after more than 43 years of practicing law.
Since retiring, Don Tolin no longer practices law nor provides CPA services.
He has extensive experience with QuickBooks Online and a variety of bookkeeping, payroll, timekeeping, and business software, including IBM DMAS/CMAS, Sage Timeslips, Time Matters, Clio, MyCase, and others. Today, Don Tolin and Vickie Tolin use their experience to provide professional bookkeeping services through A+ Bookkeeping Services & Consulting LLC™.

Don Tolin and Vickie Tolin. Proud grandparents of eight.
Don Tolin and Vickie Tolin have been married for more than 49 years. They met while attending college at the University of Wyoming in Laramie, Wyoming.
They are proud parents of four children, with a growing family that includes their children's spouses, eight grandchildren, five grand-dogs, and two grand-cats.
They enjoy spending time with their family and friends, watching sports, working on puzzles, and playing Canasta.
Vickie Davison Tolin. Sixth-Generation Wyomingite.
Vickie Tolin was involved in amateur wrestling for 36 years and served as a national P1E pairing official, working at local, state, regional, national, and international wrestling tournaments. She also served as Secretary of the P1E National Pairing Advisory Committee.
Vickie Tolin received national honors from the United States Wrestling Officials Association (USWOA), including the Ivan Olsen Memorial Award as Volunteer Pairer of the Year in 2011 and the Bernie Norris Memorial Award as Pairing Master of the Year in 2015. She also received the USWOA Lifetime Achievement Award for Excellence in 2013.
Vickie Tolin has held leadership positions in fraternal and youth organizations, both as a youth and as an adult.
Vickie Tolin was born in Jackson, Wyoming, and raised in Pinedale, Wyoming.
Vickie Davison Tolin is a sixth-generation Wyomingite.
During her youth, Vickie spent time on her maternal grandparents' working ranches in Boulder, Wyoming, and Deeth, Nevada.
Vickie Tolin also enjoys crocheting, sewing, cooking, and gardening—especially growing her own herbs.

Don Tolin was involved in amateur wrestling for 36 years as a certified high school referee, a Copper, Bronze, and Teal NCEP certified coach, a national M1 mat official, an international wrestling official for FILA (now UWW), and a P3 pairing official.
Don Tolin has officiated at wrestling competitions throughout the United States and around the world. He has also traveled internationally with United States National, Olympic, and Senior-level teams. In addition to the United States, Don has officiated in Armenia, China, Cuba, Poland, and Russia.
In February 2005, Don Tolin officiated at two consecutive international wrestling tournaments in Sancti Spíritus, Cuba—the Granma Cup for Greco-Roman wrestling, followed by the Cerro Pelado International Tournament for freestyle wrestling.
Don Tolin was named Most Outstanding Freestyle Official at the Cerro Pelado tournament, where he worked alongside FILA (now UWW) international wrestling officials from around the world.
Don Tolin was also named Wyoming Mat Official of the Year in 2001 and received the United States Wrestling Officials Association (USWOA) Lifetime Achievement Award for Excellence in 2017.
Don Tolin has mentored wrestlers, coaches, and wrestling officials.
Don Tolin has also held leadership roles in fraternal and youth organizations.
Born in Casper, Wyoming, Don Tolin is a first-generation Wyomingite who was raised and educated in Wyoming.
