Vickie Tolin, the Majority Owner and President of A+ Bookkeeping Services & Consulting LLC™, has a strong educational foundation, having studied Business Education at the University of Wyoming in Laramie.
Her journey in bookkeeping began as a youth when she assisted her paternal grandmother with manual bookkeeping for her grandfather's construction businesses in Pinedale, Wyoming.
Vickie also contributed to the official student permanent records at the Registrar's Office at the University of Wyoming. For around 20 years, she held the position of office manager at an industrial fabrication facility and supply company with multiple locations, where she managed payroll for up to 50 employees, accounts payable, invoicing, accounts receivable, and collections. In addition to her role at A+ Bookkeeping Services, Vickie Tolin brings over 43 years of experience as a legal assistant and office manager in a busy law practice.
Her extensive expertise in office technologies includes proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, Adobe, WordPerfect, Word, Microsoft Office 365, and various other office and business applications. Vickie’s solid background also encompasses managing banking relationships and conducting financial account reconciliations, which further enhances her value at A+ Bookkeeping Services & Consulting LLC.
Don Tolin, JD, CPA, Retired.
Don Tolin is a distinguished alumnus of the University of Wyoming College of Commerce and Industry in Laramie, Wyoming, where he graduated in 1975 with honors, earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. He further pursued his education at the same university, receiving a Juris Doctor Degree in Law from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 1978. Prior to these achievements, Don obtained an Associate of Arts Degree in Social Sciences in 1973 from Casper College, located in Casper, Wyoming, after graduating with honors from Kelly Walsh High School in 1971.
In his youth, Don began assisting his father with bookkeeping for his scrap iron and metals business in Casper, Wyoming. He earned his Wyoming Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in August 1975, holding onto it until his retirement from CPA services at the end of 2022. Don also obtained his law license in September 1978 and stepped away from his solo law practice in 2021 after over 43 years of law practice.
Since retiring, Don Tolin no loner practices law nor provides CPA services. However, he is highly proficient in QuickBooks Online and has extensive experience with various bookkeeping and payroll programs, including IBM DMAS/CMAS, Sage TimeSlips, TimeMatters, Clio, MyCase, and others. Together with his wife, Vickie Tolin, they have a dedicated focus on A+ Bookkeeping Services & Consulting LLC, showcasing their remarkable expertise in the field.

Don Tolin and Vickie Tolin. Proud grandparents of eight.
Don Tolin and Vickie Tolin have been together for more than 50 years. They met while attending college at the University of Wyoming in Laramie, Wyoming. They are proud parents of four children and their spouses, grandparents of eight grandchildren, five grand-dogs, and two grand-cats.
They enjoy spending time with their family and friends, watching sports, working on puzzles and playing Canasta.

Vickie Tolin was involved with amateur wrestling for 36 years, and was a national P1E pairing official, where she ran local, state, regional, national, and international wrestling tournaments. She was Secretary for the P1E National Pairing Advisory Committee.
Vickie Tolin was awarded the National Pairing Official of the Year and in 2015 the National Pairing Master of the Year, in addition to the Lifetime Achievement Award for Excellence from USA Wrestling in 2013.
Additionally, Vickie Tolin has held leadership positions as a youth and as an adult in fraternal and youth organizations.
Vickie Tolin was born in Jackson, Wyoming, and raised in Pinedale, Wyoming.
Vickie Tolin is a sixth generation native Wyomingite.
During some of her youth, she spent time on her maternal grandparent's working ranches in Boulder, Wyoming and Deeth, Nevada.
Vickie Tolin also enjoys crocheting and sewing, cooking and gardening, especially growing her own herbs.

Don Tolin was involved with amateur wrestling for 36 years, as a certified high school referee, a Copper, Bronze, and Teal NCEP certified coach, a national M1 mat official, an international wrestling official for FILA (now UWW), and a P3 pairing official.
Don Tolin has officiated throughout the United States and the world. Don Tolin has traveled with our United States National/Olympic/Senior level teams. Besides the United States, Don Tolin has officiated in the countries of Armenia, China, Cuba, Poland, and Russia.
In 2005, Don Tolin was awarded the Most Outstanding Freestyle Official at the prestigious annual Granma Cup and Cerro Pelado International Wrestling Tournament in Sancti Spiritus, Cuba, working alongside other top FILA (now UWW) international wrestling officials from around the world.
Don Tolin was also awarded the Wyoming Mat Official of the Year Award in 2001 and the National Lifetime Achievement Award for Excellence from USA Wrestling in 2017.
He has mentored many wrestlers, coaches, and wrestling officials.
Don Tolin has also held leadership roles in fraternal and youth organizations.
Born in Casper, Wyoming, Don Tolin is a first generation native Wyomingite, raised and educated in Wyoming.
